Khao Yai Nationalpark Thailand - Palm Garden Lodge, Prachin Buri

With the rental of motorbicycles and the small bus including a driver, the Palm Garden Lodge offers its guests a certain individual mobility during their stay at the Palm Garden Lodge.

The motorbicycle can be used for trips to the closer surroundings of the Palm Garden Lodge, for instance for trips to Lake Khao Eto, the waterfalls at Nakhon Nayok and for visiting the cultural objects of interest all around Prachin Buri.

The small bus enables you to reach places which are a bit further away from the Palm Garden, such as for instance Chachoengsao, Ayuttaya, Lopburi or the famous Wat Phra Butthabat.

But depending on its availability, the small bus of the Palm Garden Lodge can also be used for Two-day Tours with external overnight stays. One example are visits at the historic Khmer Temple at Phimai or Phanom Rung in the Isaan (Northeastern Thailand).

Normally the driver hardly speaks English or none at all. But if you wish so, we can gladly make an English speaking guide available for your bus trips. (500 THB per day). Remarks on the motorbicycle rental: Concerning motorbicycle rental we once again refer to the fact that in Thailand they drive on the left which requires some adaptation and a helmet is necessary. Operating a motorbicycle requires a corresponding driving licence because the engines of the motorbicycles have a volume of more than 50 ccm.
		The law says that foreign tourists using a vehicle themselves must possess an International Driving Licence. At the latest during a thorough traffic control problems can occur if one is on the road without valid documents. Problems of that kind can seriously inhibit the carefree holiday pleasure, which the Palm Garden Lodge would very much regret in the interest of its guests. This is why even in your own interest we ask you to really use valid papers while moving around in Thailand.
